I know what it’s like to doubt and fail and what it’s like to trust and win. When things get confusing, I remain calm and emphatic. Unbiased, with a quick grasp and a rock-solid belief in my clients’ resources. My feedback is nuanced and appreciative. And my creative problem-solving skills and sense of humor provide inspiration and a fresh eye.
MY COACHING EXPERIENCE
I have been supporting clients since 2010 as a Senior Coach with methodology for leadership, career & personality and over 3800 coaching sessions. I am a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as a trained psychological coach, mediator, trainer, team developer, systemic organizational consultant, NLP master and hypnosis coach.
